You may be unable to make an appointment on time or even come at all. We ask you to report this to the assistant at least 48 hours in advance (during working hours) so that we can adjust the schedule in time. This prevents unnecessary waiting time for you and other patients.

Failing to keep the appointment means the loss of consultation time which means less time to treat other patients. We understand that this can happen now and then and will not blame you for the first time. If there is more frequent occurrence of non-attendance during appointments without timely cancellation (being 48 hours in advance), we will charge to your appointment. Please note: these costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
