If you do not have an appointment but you want to be seen the same day, contact the practice by telephone between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. to make an appointment for the same day. Examples of urgent need are a toothache or if your filling, crown or dentures are damaged.

We would love to hear from you if you are satisfied with your dentist, but also if you told us if you had different expectations from our services. If you believe that you have been misinformed or carelessly informed or treated, we would like to find a solution with you in a personal meeting.

If no (satisfactory) solution can subsequently be found, you can turn to the Dental Information Point (TIP) or submit a complaint in writing to the Dutch Society for the Promotion of Dentistry. Here you can read more about how you can act in the event of complaints.
